PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Potato protein – feed material obtained from potato cell sap through the processes of thermal and acid coagulation, dehydration and drying. The product comes in the form of a loose beige powder with a small characteristic of dried potato protein. It is the most valuable vegetable protein with the richest amino-acid formula characterized by high digest ability and low level of glycoalkaloids.

USAGE: It is used as a component of livestock feeds.
