TRADE NAME: ADAMIX E1422 HS (hot soluble)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Adamix HS E-1422 is acetylated distarch adipate obtained by chemical treatment of potato starch mixture of acetic anhydride and adipic acid. It is suitable for use as a thickener and stabilizer in food products.
USAGE: Production of ketchups, powdered dinner concentrates, powdered ice cream, mayonnaise, salad dressings, reduced-calorie margarine, flavored fermented milk beverages heat treated after fermentation, pudding-type milk desserts, curd cheese.

TRADE NAME: Adamix E-1422 CS (cold soluble)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Adamix CS E-1422 is acetylated distarch adipate obtained by chemical treatment of potato starch mixture of acetic anhydride and adipic acid. It is suitable for use as a thickener and stabilizer in food products.
USAGE: Production of ketchups, vegetables and vegetable-meat sauces, powdered desserts concentrate, mayonnaise, low fat salad dressings (less than 50%), reduced-calorie margarine, flavored fermented milk beverages, pudding-type dairy desserts, curd cottage cheese.

TRADE NAME: LU-1422-1 (hot soluble)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: LU-1422-1 is a product of cross-linking of potato starch with adipic acid anhydride and its esterification with acetic acid anhydride. It has better functional properties than potato starch. It is used as a stabilizer. It allows to maintain physical and chemical properties of the products to which it is added in small amounts, preventing or delaying spontaneous and adverse changes which occur in them. Aqueous solutions of LU-1422-1 form a thick and transparent paste characterized by high stability after cooling down and good resistance to changeable thermal conditions such as freezing or defrosting. The product achieves its full technological properties when heated up to a temperature above 80ºC.
USAGE: Production of fruit filling for confectionery goods, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, soup, bouillon, soup mixes, protein hydrolysates, frozen meals, canned vegetables and fish, frozen fish meals, flavored and thermised yoghurts.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: LU-1422-2 is a product of cross-linking of potato starch with adipic acid anhydride and its esterification with acetic acid anhydride. It has better functional properties than potato starch. It is used as a stabilizer. It allows for maintaining the physical and chemical properties of the products to which it is added in small amounts, preventing or delaying spontaneous and adverse changes which occur in them. Aqueous solutions of LU-1422-1 form a thick and transparent paste characterized by high resistance to the pasteurization and sterilization, high stability after cooling down and good resistance to changeable thermal conditions such as freezing or defrosting. The product achieves its full technological properties when heated up to a temperature above 90ºC.
