TRADE NAME: PILAM E1420 HS (hot soluble)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Pilam E-1420 is produced by the the esterification of starch with acetic anhydride.

USAGE: production of noodles, confectionery fillings, frozen fruit cakes, flour confectionery and bakery products, powdered concentrates, flavoured yoghurts, protective coating of dried vegetables, sauces soups. The product is not intended for direct consumption.

TRADE NAME: LU-1420

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: LU-1420 is a product of esterification of potato starch with acetic acid anhydride. It has been functional properties than potato starch. Aqueous solutions of LU-1420 form transparent paste with a long structure, characterized by low gelatinisiation temperature and high stability after cooling down. However, they are not resistant to high temperature , acids and coagulation forces (intense stirring).

USAGE: production of instant noodles, frozen fruit pies, filling for confectionery goods, baking and confectionary goods, protective coating for dried vegetables, sauces, soups, powdered concentrates, flavoured and thermised yoghurts and thermised cottage cheese.
