TRADE NAME: PILAMIX E1414 BCS (cold soluble)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Pilamix B-CS E 1414 is an acetylated distarch phosphate with higher degree of crosslinking and obtained by chemical treatment of potato starch by cross-linking and acetylation process.

USAGE: production of dry mixes pastry creams, aerated desserts, fruit juice concentrates as well as confectionery fillings. It is also used in production of mayonnaise, ketchups, dressing and in baking industries.
The product is not intended for direct consumption.

TRADE NAME: LU-1414-1

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: LU-1414-1 is a product of cross-linking of potato starch with sodium trimetaphosphate and its esterification with acetic acid anhydride. It has better functional properties than potato starch. When uses as a stabilizer it maintains physical and chemical properties of the product to which it is added in small amounts, preventing or delaying spontenous and adverse changes which occur in them. Aqueous solutions of LU-1414-1 form a thick and transparent paste with a short structure, characterized by high stability once cooled down and good resistance to changeable thermal conditions (freezing, defrosting).
It reaches its full technological value when heated up to over 90 C.

USAGE: production of fruit filling for confectionery goods, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, soups, bouillon, soup mixes, protein hydrolysates, frozen meals, canned vegetables and fish, frozen fish meals, flavoured and thermised yoghurts.
